The following is the guilds current structure of Ranks, along with a description of the roles and responsibilities.

  1. Guild Lead
Description: A game mandatory role, the Guild Lead has overall oversight and control of the guild. The Guild Lead sets the direction for the guild, and has the final say in the guild decisions.
  2. Guild Admins (Banker, Recruiter)
Description: The Guild Admins assist the Guild Lead with the day-to-day operation of the guild. The Banker handles the guild Repair Fund, and all income and expenses of the guild. The Recruiter is responsible for advertising to fill the needs of the guild, and for vetting any potential new member.
  3. Team Captains
Description: The Team Captains are responsible for maintaining and leading raid efforts, specifically on the 10-man team raid groups. On a raid, the Team Captain is considered the ultimate authority, and makes the call as to who to invite or drop, and how to best distribute loot (according to guild policy).
  4. Team Members
Description: All Team Members are assigned to a specific 10-man raid team, and are responsible for showing up regularly and reliably. Team members are granted a stipend to supplement raiding costs, in the form of the guild Repair Fund. Team members who fail to show up without prior notice will be replaced by the next eligable guild member.
  5. Members
Description: Members make up the standby pool of the guild, and include all members of good standing (alt or main), who are not currently assigned to a Raid Team. Any Member is allowed to fill in as needed and available for a given 10-man or 25-man raid, but their slot is not guaranteed. As needed, Members will be promoted to Team Members, in order to replace members no longer meeting the requirements. General guild members have no minimum raid requirements.
  6. Recruit
Description: Recruits are new members to the guild, freshly invited. At the discretion of the Recruiting Officer, Recruits will be promoted to Member status. Until then, they have equal rights with regards to filling in on raids and runs, but have no access to the bank, and are considered on probationary status, until we determine that they are a good match for the guild.
